    However your comment has reminded me that I unintentionally left out 2 crucial parts to this process, that it must be used in conjunction with other forms of healthy living i.e. it isn’t a silver bullet that will cure cure what ails you, on its own, but also that people considering doing this should understand that poor quality cranberry juice will contain a lot of unneeded sugar.

    I have now added in both if these points.
